In my party of three table, not one of us had even a mediocre experience. My hot sandwich was cold, so cold that the melted cheese was non existent. The 1/2 pound meat that was advertised for my sandwich measured to probably 3 oz. The 2nd person was served COLD tortilla soup. The 3rd person actually had decent food but her food came out 10 minutes before ours. So having proper manners, she waited until we all been served before eating. I'm sure you are wondering why we didn't complain about our food while dining in. The truth is, we didn't have time to complain. We had a limited time for lunch and didn't have the luxury to wait again for the kitchen staff to learn how to cook the menu.

Really good food and the service has always been great. When mistakes have happened every now and then, they've taken care of me and my family and more than made up for it! Highly recommend.

The food is fresh and always tasty. Sadly this is the second time we've come to this location and they were out of lemons and/or fruit of so kind.

Very dirty! We come to this location frequently and it seems that it's worse every time we come. While the food is good, if they feel that the areas visable to customers are acceptable the way they are, we will have to quit coming. Plus, if the dining room is this way I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like! I

Clean, cozy environment. Staff was polite and we only waited about five minutes for our order even with it being busy at lunch time. The food and tea were delicious!
