Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to bring you a new and reinvented restaurant among the chain. After not coming here for months, I decided to stop by. I was graciously greeted upon entering by an associate, my order was taken quickly, and I received my food, all fresh, in under 45 seconds. Amazing. This McDonald's has come a long way in the past few months and it has definitely been for the better. Greatly pleased with my service. Good job guys!

Still here had to wait on managers too get off of a video they were watching on their phone. Sweet tea in lobby was empty and tables were dirty. Manager was also eating on line and then handling good without washing their hands. Guess the video was more important than policies and procedures. This is why McDonald's is losing ground in the fast food game.

I went through the drive through and got about $8 worth of food and by the time I got to the window I realized I had forgot my wallet at work... embarrassed I told the lady at the window if she would just sit my food aside I'd be back in 10 minutes to pay for it. Instead she insisted that she would buy it for me and told me to have a blessed day! I couldn't thank her enough, she was very kind and things like that are what people love. I genuinely appreciate it and wish I would've gotten her name because I would be more than happy to pay her back.

Lady who gave me my food had long nasty nails. Grossed me out. All of the workers look dirty. Floors sticky, bathrooms dirty. There is a guy who we occasionally see and he is so smiley and happy. Managers need to have standards for their workers appearance, and the cleanliness of the workplace. Ice cream machine always broken. And no longer have kiddy cones:( We go to Ozark McDonalds

This morning I was so impressed with the guy who handed me my food through the drive-through. He greeted me with a smile and actually looked at me. Such a pleasant surprise. So, Craig, you made my day with your smile and pleasant attitude. That being said, I believe they ran out of eggs this morning because my sausage McMuffin didn't have the egg on it that I ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen. Again, thank you Craig for your smile!
