I called to ask about a compound and they told me they didn't know what it was, would have to look it up, and therefore couldn't tell me how much it would be. They said I could email the prescription to them and they would look it up and call me to tell me how much it would be to fill it. I sent it, but they never called me back. 

All good though, I went to McKinney's Apothecary in Decatur. The compound I needed was $35 less than the estimate they gave me at MacArthurs.

Wonderful family-owned pharmacy. It shares a parking lot with Ammazza Pizza. When I needed some medicine for my newborn, the pharmacist (who's also the owner) personally delivered it! They're also a compounding pharmacy, which means if you need something special made up in this part of town you don't need to go all the way down to EAV anymore. 

The space is nice and easy to browse and the team is very friendly and excited to be part of O4W. Hope this place sticks around.

Come check out McArthur's Apothecary. The people inside are super friendly and help you with whatever you're looking for. They even offered to buy food for their shelves when I asked if they had protein bars! Make sure you look for their handmade soaps, they are awesome.

I walked into this pharmacy and was greeted by friendly staff who listened to my issues with patience and sympathy. Nakia is knowledgeable and really seems to care about this community and the well being of his neighbors. I cannot recommend it enough!
