On my previous visit the staff was very friendly and helpful.  On my most recent visit staff was rude. It has not been crowded during any of my visits.  I am not sure how they are when they get busy.  There was only a single cashier.  Prices seem higher than competitors.

So disappointed in the service at the pharmacy. Called to pick up a prescription and the woman said they were closing in 5 minutes but she had it at the store counter. Told her what street I was on and that i was only a few minutes down the road and would be there hopefully right before close. Came in at 6:01 and she had closed and was walking out the door. I realize that closing time is closing time but when it comes to prescriptions you'd think someone would have the decency to wait a few extra minutes before packing up shop. It makes me wonder what kind of people we trust with our health.

This Rite Aid has been my primary pharmacy for 3 years now, and I have always received exceptional service at this establishment.
