Josh and the other gentleman that fixed our gas lines were GREAT!! They did an awesome job!! I would definitely recommend them to our family and friends!!! Thanks again for getting us back up and working!!!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We connected with them through our warranty to have our pipes repaired. Each time they’ve come out, the technician doesn’t know what he is there for. They’ve been here 3 times in the last there weeks and have had to reschedule due to their internal miscommunication. They had someone come about 5 days ago, didn’t know that he was to replace the pipes, instead he ending up patching them and he rescheduled our next appointment. When the appointment day came today and they were close to the end of their time frame, I called. After holding for a few minutes, the customer service representative came back to tell me there was no leak detected and they were not going to replace it. The technician came without my knowing (and I was home) and dectected no leak. Of course, it’s been patched!!! This was in spite in THEIR own scheduling of having the utility lines marked to do the work. So, we’ve ended up with with a few patches here and there on our pipes, a lack of communication, and a ton of frustration. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you have any choice at all. They are horrible to work with.

They schedule  appointments and never show up. It has taken them 8 weeks to install a furnace which still isn't complete. Would not recommend.

Please do not use this Company. I am very dissatisfied with your company. If only you had communicated with me, I would have recommended you to everyone I know. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.
