My family tends to keep vehicles well past 100,000 miles so quick, quality, affordable service is very important to us. About two months ago my 86 year old Father's Buick started to leak coolant and I sent him into see Service Advisor Tom Bosio at McDonald GMC in Saginaw. My father's car was fixed not just right the first time but ahead of schedule and under the quoted and approved amount of money. Last week my 26 year old son's 2006 Grand Prix was not putting sufficient heat to defrost the wind shield. Since he lives in Ann Arbor I suggested he get a quote to have it fixed near his home. He price he was quoted was over $700.00 to replace the heater core. I suggested he make the trek to Saginaw and talk to Tom. Tom recommended we try to flush the heater core for $90.00. Problem solved. If you want your car fixed right the first time, I suggest you go see Tom at McDonald's.

Always treated with immense respect as I've had my car serviced here. Prices are reasonable and the dealership provides either a chauffer or a loaner vehicle to get you to work.

The experience I had at the dealership was phenomenal. People working there are great. I would like to thank everybody , especially Sam Tarabieh, who worked with me. He was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me. I am very pleased with the purchase and trade in value I received from them. I really received ' CADILLAC' service at this Cadillac dealership.Thanks

Excellent service and the salesman that helped us John, was fantastic. Very helpful, no pressure. Seemed genuinely happy to have found a car for my son. I will be going back soon as I need a vehicle
