Horrible experience. Traveling from PA to GA and stopped here after lunch with 5 others from my family. Should have known what the experience would be like with the filthy conditions in the bathroom. My order was a Big Mac and when I got it I lifted the bun and there was nothing but the middle bun. I took it to the manager and she said that the other patty was with the other one it was just a mistake by the "new guy". I requested that they make me a fresh one. When it was ready she said here you go see if that is better.. Very rude manager. Several other issues but will never stop at this one again.

The people are really nice! A great, convenient place to meet friends and have coffee or a meal. Free Wi-Fi helps when you're traveling and need to conserve your data.

Horrible experience. Our food was incorrect and when we came back through to get what we ordered, the worker said we would need to pay for it. We showed them the receipt as it was obvious what we were missing. They still didn't want to give us what we ordered. We asked for the manager and she was extremely rude. She actually went where she didn't think we could see her and was badmouthing us simply because we asked for our food we didn't receive. They acted like they were very confused. I will be contacting the owner to have a serious discussion on customer service. The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant period.

On Sept.21, 2017 My wife and I stopped at this McDonald's Restaurant just off Interstate I81 ( Carolina Pottery Rd. in Blountville ,Tenn.) and were warmly greeted with a "Hi good-morning from Jamie " the counter sales person. We have visited many McDonald's but NEVER have we seen a cleaner facility ( Dinning area,Restrooms ) then this one period. I addressed the shift manager of the courteous employee's and told him of my observations. Folks if your going East on I-81 this is the place to eat and be refreshed by Tennessee charm. My wife has sent an E-Mail to Corporate Headquarters as they most deserving to be recognized. Now on the way thru Virginia,West Virginia and Ohio.

The cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in. The staff were all so polite. The restrooms were clean and best of all the food was made fresh! Such a pleasant experience!
