It's a McDonald's... The service is good. They have a split drive through and people in Cleveland don't know how to use it. There can be a line of 3-5 cars and some clown will pass them all by to wedge into the outside drive thru. Like all those people are waiting to use the one on the left. Single file line until the lines on the road split, you asshats!

This is THE SLOWEST MCDONALDS ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. They WILL mess up your order. The staff is completely incompetent. You can tell that the manager is just spinning his wheels. If you are lucky you will get out of there in 20 minutes. Also, Good Luck and God speed in regards to getting napkins in your bag of food. This staff CONSISTENTLY does not give you napkins. This McDonald’s is a stain and plight on the UH community. It is a museum of incompetence. You would think that Sloths were running the drive thru, but you are wrong. I drive to mayfield Heights McDonald’s whenever possible. Unfortunately this McDonald’s sometimes becomes unavoidable when you need a bite to eat. I truly believe one day they will mess up the wrong person’s meal (a Psychopath) and will pay DEARLY. I urge McDonald’s to hire the local developmentally disabled for this location as it would run like a top.

Went thru drive thru received incorrect coffee order and awful sandwich about 1/4 cup of mayo on swiss mushroom sandwich. Had to park and return sandwich. Really grossed out. Yuk.

No matter what I order, I always get made to park and wait for my food as 10-15 cars behind me leave with their food. Very poor drive thru service. Decent inside service

Avg, run-of-the-mill McD’s.  Was here for the Oct 7, Rick and Morty Szechuan sauce promotion.  Managed to get a LE poster and some tasty Buttermilk Crispy Tenders - score.

Very nice how it was NOT mayhem (unlike stories of mobs elsewhere chanting, “We. Want. SOWCE.”), ppl lined up in an orderly fashion w/ nobody trying to cut in line.  Periodically, up till 2pm, a very patient employee even came around to announce ahead of the releasing time that this location did not have any Szechuan sauces, to the chagrin of us all.  However, with the purchase of BCTs, the promotion item, we could snag 1 of 10 limited edition posters (10 different designs, 1 for each of the sauces.  100 of each available country-wide, 1000 LE posters total) OR 1 of 40 miniature Szechuan sauce posters, until they ran out...hyup.  

Don’t blame the employees; blame the corporate bloodsucking, time-wasting MickieDs for this covfefe.
