You can say what you want about McDonald's, for a fast food restaurant chain they're not all bad. McDonald's always seems to find a way to make consumers happy, by trying to offer something that appeals to everyone. Sometimes their prices could be too high, but I also noticed that they tried to offer some value menu items aimed at individuals who may not have $10 to spend on a meal.

Sometimes gets your order wrong. But overall clean place. Clean restrooms. Tvs work properly. Staff very friendly ( some of them 😂) they put together the food good

New Milford location can be difficult to park as well as drive thru lane can get backed up into street making entrance and exit unsafe. Bathrooms tend to be dirty and eating area needs to be cleaned more often.

It's Mc Donalds, they get busy, mistakes happen, and things happen. I understand all that and I normally don't make comments or reviews on any fast food place but this Mc Donalds consistently messes up my order, order a vanilla shake and get strawberry, I even asked if things were correct before leaving the drive thru and it's like they still messed it up. I shouldn't be eating this stuff anyway but be cautious when using the drive thru, double check everything.

Fast service but never give you napkins or ketshup.always check order through drive thru.
