vehicle was in for auto accident. Vehicle went in on nov 6 and picked up dec 20. the service was top notch and so was the work. my only complaint is the front tires were very low on air when I picked it up. 30lbs and should have been 65lbs. With time it was there and the amount of work that was done including oil change someone should have thought to check the tire pressure. Paint was amazing cleanliness was amazing and Bob was amazing.

Great place to do your auto shopping. My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles over the last 2 years and very pleased with the way we were treated. Never pressured into anything we did not want. They really want to sell you exactly what you are looking for.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing his new work truck. The whole staff especially BoB our sales representative was amazing. My shopping experience with Terryville Chevrolet went like this, and I quote what I was sent: " We have SmartShield by Armor All and Vin Etch for $996.00 on every SS. Link below for the SmartShield. There is no negotiation on those so please let me know if you would still want to move forward on a purchase." A thousand dollars for VIN etching and 'protection', non-negotiable. If you want to deal with a dealer that still uses these practices from the '90s, this is the one for you!
