Wish I could do ZERO stars! Awful service. Something wrong EVERY TIME WE GO! Last time, gave me the wrong food after I waited forever. This time,  waited forever for cold food after they messed up my son's gift card. I complained and said I would wait for FRESH food. Got home to find they gave me fresh fries but the same nuggets! Awful and unapologetic.

It's never a truly terrible wait, even though it's a very popular spot, next to the 675 exit. They may not have a play area for the kids. But they're still pretty awesome. Love the free wifi option. The Women's restroom need some work. But overall great spot.

One of the better mcdonalds in valdosta. Meaning they dont mess up your orders and the food always appears to be fresh. Staff is nice and friendly and professional even when they are extremely busy. I choose this mcdonalds over the others because of its location and cleaniness. I also believe that its 24 hours...at least for the drivethru.

Because I was on a long distance call, I decided to go through the drive thru. I ordered two items. Waited and waited, finally the young lady came to the drive thru window and said " Ms. can you pull up and park and we will bring your order out in 3 mins."  Well my 3 mins turned into more than 10mins!
I went inside and asked if I was going to get my order since I have waited outside a long time and a older lady said "Oh it's ready, sorry bout that".  I guess the "sorry bout that" was a formal apology. I will NEVER go to that location again! Side Note: The drive thru only had two cars in front of me and as I'm going back to my car (30 mins later), another customer was returning an order. Don't waste your time, unless you have time to waste or enjoy waiting a loooong time! Ugh 😤

The worst customer service experience. Slow taking orders, even slower handing out orders.  Managers response to customers leaving "let leave, that's less work for me!" If you're looking for fast food this is not the place!
