Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Doesn't even deserve one star. Made us use the order kiosk to place order which did not work correctly. Had an employee standing there for help but was no where to be found when the kiosk started acting up. Then they still got the order wrong. Shouldn't happen when you only order two sandwiches and two drinks. When we first walked in we wanted to throw something away but the most convenient garbage can was being changed. When we left the same can was being changed again and had to walk back across room to the other one again. It was not that busy so it couldn't have been full again.

Very poor attitude and poor customer service. the person at the register was not allowed to take our orders. He directed us to the robot kiosk. I used the kiosk but was unable to order what I wanted a coke with no ice. So I stood at the counter with my ticket until one of the personnel woke up with a bag to go and was getting a medium Coke. I asked and sure enough it was my order. I asked the person to not put ice into Coke because I have a problem with my throat that the ice affects. Other customers simply walked out. The Personnel are not happy and it affects the entire location including food production. My food was okay but the price were little over cooked and the sandwich maker put about a half a jar of mayonnaise on my sandwich that got on my clothes with each bite.

We waited 25 minutes for a burger, chicken sandwich and fries. Also asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and were told 10 mins later they were out of grilled chicken so we ordered something else, only to end up being given a grilled chicken when the food finally came out. The food was fine (I mean, it's McDonald's), but service was horrible and highly disorganized.

Even though we speak English as we are english, and as I thought Americans speak english, why did the server assume we where speaking chineese. Rude miserable chicken nugget eating mother funsters.

We were in Florida on vacation and stopped here to grab a quick lunch. My daughter left her purse here and we didn't realize it until we got to the Keys. Called and spoke to the Manager and asked if it was turned in. Thankfully it was! Thank you to the wonderful day Manager who kept it locked up for a week until we drove back. Awesome Manager and staff! Good, quick food, clean and very friendly employees.
