If I could give this place zero stars, I would. McDonald's food is nothing to get excited about, and with the boxes of hamburger meat from last October (as seen for myself) being the hamburgers customers are eating today, you can't trust what they're serving you. And when they do serve you, it's without a smile or warmth in their voices, clearly unhappy to be working there. Not only do the employers (Cari McMichael and Tara Knowles) build up a team of borderline vegetables - seeming to only look if the interviewee has a pulse before hiring them - but when the few with a great work ethic and at least an average IQ trickle in, the "ones in charge" give slack to the brainless while badgering and threatening their good workers. I've witnessed firing over the most mundane reasons (calling in sick twice, family event came up, etc.) simply because the actually good workers that would stay to try and help bring this place of depression to regular fast-food restaurant standards, but when they did, the managers would feel threatened. And the employees they put in management positions! Complete fire-starters creating drama as if they were in a junior high school instead of their workplace, openly discussing sex lives in front of customers and trying to ruin relationships...because they can? I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and inability to run a store than I have at this McDonald's location on Lake Michigan Dr. Maybe I'm just an opinion, but I figured you'd have to know how to recalibrate your grills before becoming store manager. If they don't know that, how can anybody trust that they know how to do what their title requires? That they're liable employers? Unbelievable.

Manager was very nice, but the restaurant itself was messy behind the counter and cooking area. The dining area was dirty as well. There were tables available but not one of them were clean. Place needs a good cleaning.

More often than not, this McDonalds disappoints. Usual drive thru waits of at least 20+ minutes, consistent messed up orders, and lack of items ready on hand is always a let down. For example, 3 chocolate chip cookies is on the dollar menu, but somehow seems to never go available whenever I go. Tonight they told me that the wait would be upwards of 45 minutes since they already had something in the oven, and then would have to make the cookies afterwards. Also they are the king of handing out drinks half full, and act like you are taking from their personal supply when you ask them to fill it all the way. I get we are all college students (including myself), but this is also a business. A little bit of effort goes a long way. PS: If I am every short on money, I sometimes go here and pay with a card hoping their machine is down (which is shockingly a lot), and they just give me my food for free anyways. Edit: Have since gone back and yet again no cookies. I know it sounds like I'm being petty at this point but it seems to be a reoccurring issue. This time I ordered, paid, was given my food, and told to have a great day. No cookies were in the bag so I asked if I could have them. They told me they were out, so they were about to let me leave without saying anything. I told them I didn't want anything else they had to offer because I specifically wanted cookies. Compensated me with a small drink (so I ended up with 2 drinks even though I was by myself). Stay tuned for future updates.

The customer service is number one they have out standing service people. Even tho there is bad reviewed I go fo the people that work there. Way to go keep up the good work I see progress.

One star bc they won't let me do zero. Forgot half my order, including the damn McNugget sauce. Have you ever eaten a dry-ass McNugget? I tried to stomach one of the 20 that I ordered. If you can picture what it's like to take a big ol' bite of some raw, dried-out freaking cow testicles on a hot summer day, I imagine my first bite was quite similar to that. Worth driving four miles into town to avoid.
