Not busy at all when I visited. There were two groups in front of me, who had waited quite a while for their food. I also had to wait almost 10 min for food - so much for fast food! Their ketchup dispenser was out (not unusual for this McDonald's) and I told them about it. Nobody refilled it. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't and there were three workers standing around. This should only be a choice of last resort...

I only come here because it's close to home. They always have new employees that can't get your order right. So please check your order before you drive away. They also have their delivery's right at rush hour in the way so you can't ordered where you are supposed to. The employees sit and smoke right at the entrance with the homeless people. And they say 11pm is closing time but they are always closed before or they have everything closed down and you can't ordered hot stuff or you get really old french fries. The other McDonald's is about 15-20 minutes away and in the opposite direction. Guess I should start going there.

Typical McDonald's. Staff was nice and friendly. Menu screens were nice. Play area was nice for our 5yo. Bathrooms were clean, but dated.

It's only lacking motivation with a couple of the employees and a little more compassion from the morning manager would be a great blessing. I have one favorite employee but no name dropping here. Thank you for the birthday coffee on October 23,2017 "D" you really made my day.

They were willing to put a new hire on the register with no training. Poor gal had no idea how to handle a rush or take an order. Response from management (I won't publicly name her) was a blowoff.
