Employees at this location are unconscionably stupid and lazy. 

I should not have to provide my life story to get a medium sized drink instead of a large. I KNOW they are the same price. I am fluid restricted and the smaller cup is easier for my arthritic hand to hold. "Okay", they say, and hand me a large cup.

"For here" does NOT mean that I want four of the item I ordered. "B--b-but I heard you say four!"

No, you didn't give me my cup. No, I'm not scamming you. I'm here alone and you have free refills. Why would I possibly want two cups? JUST GIMME MY EFFING CUP!

I know it's only November, but could someone wipe down this table? No? Sigh.

Why on God's green Earth would you shut down drive through lane #2 while there are four cars still in it... and not even tell those customers???

Just because the trainee pressed the "button" that an order was served does not alter the reality that it was not. You've seen me waiting at the counter in an otherwise empty restaurant for twenty minutes. Maybe ask or something?

I'm out of time, but not nearly out of examples.

An honest-to-God chocolate shake!!
I know it isn't a huge deal but it seems like this one location that actually remembers what a chocolate shake is supposed to look and taste like. Not the bland beige things offered at even other McDonalds. Kudos!

Great place to eat on the go ( most of the time). Although there ( in my opinion) is plenty of staff, they seem to struggle for fast service. ( even when the order is light and simple).

This is a Good Mc Donald's ,even for being neat a College Campus. Also having contraction going on . I ordered 2 sausage ,egg and cheese MC Griddle s and a coke. The girl who took my money was polite courtiouse leaves you with a feeling of peace. The grill who was to give me my food was smiling but genuine down to earth. She told me politely,that I wasn't going to like her that they just had put more sausage on and would be just a few minutes. She asked me to pull to reserve 2. This was ok with me since means they would be nice a hot and fresh. I pulled over and was playing a game on my phone. Started taking quit a bit of time I was getting slightly earitated. When one the Servers walked up with my food. She Appoligized for the Waite also let me know her Manager wanted me to know he was sorry for my inconvenience  and handy me a complimentary card for free meal( wish could read Managers name) These people provide excellent customer service. This is the Mc Donald's on Arkansas Ave Russellville,Ar.  Today  date is 12/5/2017 and visit was between 11 Am - 12 PM. Please give my Kudos to these people for a Job well done

Its thr best McDonald's in the area!!!  It is almost always clean... has fast service, friendly employees. .. PLUS its an Internet Cafe...
