I hardly ever order inside of a McDonald's - usually just do Drive-thru. However, today I did go inside to just order 1 drink. I noticed the new "order" kiosks but I saw an employee at a cash register and decided to order from her. She had the cash drawer open and looked to be placing something inside. She briefly looked at me but did not acknowledge my presence. She shut the drawer, turned, and walked away still without acknowledging by presence. She kept her back to me. Just then another employee, Justin, walked up behind me, cheerfully greeted me and offered to help me at the order kiosk. Once he realized I was just ordering a drink, he took my order at the register. Justin was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable! While I was getting my drink I spoke with another customer who had the same experience with both employees - employee number 1 - female, glasses, shoulder length hair - not only would not take her order but said nasty things to the customer. Justin was there for that customer as well. Anyway, employee number 1 should not be working with customers. You need more employees like Justin in front of and dealing with customers.

Rolled in at 11:45 pm, exhausted from traveling, and was so grateful to get a super fresh meal. The fries were actually some of the freshest I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. To top it off the crew working there was over and above kind and friendly. It was all very refreshing.

Not the best, definitely not the worst. The service is always pretty fast but, as with any mcdonalds, the freshness of the food depends on the time of day. The staff isn't astounding but they're also not bad. Overall, a very NORMAL experience.

Poor experience! I was not served in the order in which I came. I had to wait for my order, and i'm not sure why because the food was not hot and tasted as if it had been sitting for hours under a lamp! They did NOT give me my receipt. I had to ask for it three times; once after which they said it was in my bag. The manager on duty was extremely rude. She refused to speak to me and it appeared others were doing her job for her, which may explain the poor quality of service. Never again will I visit this location. Its not worth the headache in the slightest!

Well it was different,the new order machine didn't bother me but my husband would have left if I hadn't been with him
