Very polite crew. I just didn't like the fact that they got my wife's sandwich wrong and when she sent it back they used the same sandwich instead of making a new one

McDonald's is easy in and out here. Driving I-20 this is an easy stop for a quick burger and drink.  Staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful.

These people who work in this mcdonalds are some of the kindest people I've ever met. Cody is one if the maintenance people here and has been working here for almost 2 years. This mcdonalds has not only given the best customer service I've ever seen but also the friendliest . The food is hot and fast.  if u can come and see

Again this place is the bottom of the barrel, sorriest excuse for a restaurant there ever has been and I have seen a few!!!! This time they literally did not attempt to care to ask if I wanted to order. Instead the salespeople looked at me like they did not care that I was waiting there! They let me stand there looking directly at me for more than a minute and just stood there doing nothing! This happened last week to a family member who has fibromyalgia and was in alot pain waiting for the time they did to not get waited on while they just stood there! This particular store needs desparately to replace its entire crew asap!!!! This has been going on like this for over a year at least! Also there has been reports of a  rat infestation. This place is losing customers quickly!! This is the closest location for my family and my son's favorite restaurant it makes me sad that it has gotten this bad! PLEASE do something!!!

They could do ALOT better!!! If you are really wanting an ice cream or a frappe you might want to just go to another location because 9 out of 10 times they will tell you that there machine is down even if it's just because they are to lazy to clean it which people that work there have told me!!!
