I have been coming to this McDonalds since they opened. Good food but service can be slow. Yesterday I had to go ask for my food because they forgot to bring it to me. The used to have a lady during lunch to wipe off tables. They quite doing that because you have to ask someone to clean a table for you so you can eat.

Every McDonald's I have visited in the last year sucks! By the time the super slow workers get my super slowly made order made & given to me, it's wrong or cold. Why they pay these sloths top dollar is beyond me! Go to anywhere else & get your food hot & fast. McDonald's is fast food served as slow as possible by loser kids of today, if they had to work, they'd die

Expect to wait at least 35 minutes in the drive through.  Don’t bother asking for anything special like well done chicken nuggets because you won’t get them.  The manager even double checked with me that they were well done and they still weren’t when I got them.  Fries are “fresh” yet they never taste good.   Sprite was out for an entire week.  Can’t recommend this place.

I used to live in Brandon, SD and had very poor experiences with this particular McDonald's location in the past. It seemed like no matter the time of the day I had to wait a long time, I received cold fries, and the staff was unfriendly. However, I swung by the drive-thru the other week around 2 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised to receive good food and great service. The woman working drive-thru was extremely friendly and actually made my day better. She told me about the survey on my receipt which I normally never bother with but this time I actually did simply because she was awesome. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves praise! (She was 40's-50's and I believe she had brownish hair) I had never seen her before so I'm not sure if they got new staff or if I just don't go enough. Either way, I hope this means they have made some changes in improving this McDonald's because based on past experiences I would've given this location 1 star.

I went in for a quick meal as was told to wait because the machines were down. I asked if it was the cash register and the women turned and walked away without saying another word and pulled out her cell phone and leaned against a counter, ignoring me. She made me feel like I had just kicked her dog or had done something wrong. All I have to say is don't  bother with this McDonald's, it is not worth the time or effort.
