The male manager (10:16am 12/9)was great! My only issue was that the girl who took my order never said hello, never asked what she could get for me, put the coffee order in wrong, never said thank you, and didn't once smile. She definitely needs training.

A terribly slow drive thru, however remedied by the kind staff who are trying their best. Every time visited it seems that they are understaffed.

This is a slightly more expensive McDonald's than most McDonald's that I have experienced. Service and food are excellent.

Very clean and well-kept inside. Staff are polite and friendly and well-groomed. The food was the best McDonald's food I have ever had. Motorcyclist friendly.

Last year, the lobster rolls that you served were delicious, perfection. But this year, you chose not to sell them, while almost every other McDonald's in New England had a line out the door for lobster rolls. Stupid. You suck.
