Wonderful Ambience. It was very relaxing.

The service and people are warm and friendly. 

We brought our own wine bottle and they, graciously, corked it for us. We are vegetarians and they were able to customize our dishes. 

Both the food and ambience were great. And we loved their desert.

My wife and I were in Manchester, VT for a sightseeing day trip and, strictly by chance, stopped at Ponce for lunch.  We are so glad we did.  Great food and atmosphere, and their prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the experience.  

The people there are all very courteous and friendly.  The owner even spent a few minutes answering some questions we asked about photographs decorating the wall and he talked with us for a little while about his  place.  We felt like family.  

Ponce certainly exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely stop again the next time we visit Manchester.  Jim and Kim Frustere - Wilton, NY.

Awesome food and great desserts... Highly recommended it.. The atmosphere was great ..the owner came out and spoke with us for a while as well.. Definitely going back when I'm in Vermont again.Thanks

This place has such a cool vibe.  The salads are creative and fresh but it's the unique sandwiches that I return for.  Dining partner  "dreams about" the Spanish Meatloaf.

Hands down the best place to eat breakfast in Manchester.  The changing opening times are frustrating,  but I will not hold that against them because the food is spot on, and the atmosphere is great.
