Erratic service levels and many times they have messed up my drive-through orders.   Prices have increased here over the past couple of years to the point that I seldom eat here anymore.   The  new Burger King just down the street is much more cheaper if you use their coupons and is tastier as well (IMHO).  They do have a better breakfast than BK however.

Brought my two kids for lunch and they got our simple "plain hamburger" meal wrong. Half of the drink machines were pumping out only water or carbonation,  and the place was pretty dirty inside.  When I brought this to the attention of the leader, I was told the exact same thing I just told her!  Twice?  They must have just hosted tons of people.  Sad.

It was really clean. The service was quick and the food taste like typical McDonald's.
