The cashiers are very polite. The prices are excellent. Great variety of food and other miscellaneous that I'll buy as gifts every once in a while.

I needed multiple over the counter medications and asked for help repeatedly just to be either ignored, given attitude and made feel like an idiot. The first time the male pharmacist told me it will be a second and never came over to help me. The second male I asked for help, quickly and reluctantly showed me one thing and then ran back to the pharmacy. I asked the woman in the pharmacy to help me and she showed me one thing and then ran back to the pharmacy. I asked her again and she said "well the sign is right over your head" making me feel like an idiot for not seeing the proper aisle. This was over 30 minutes before closing and there were no other people in line. What a horrible customer service. I come to this CVS for everything from medications to groceries but that is going to stop. I also plan to write a complaint to the corporate office.

Was given the wrong formulation for my son. Was given a shampoo instead of a cream. When i took it back they blamed it on the fact that the Doctor wrote the brand name instead of generic. Also failed to tell me to bring my receipt back for a return of the incorrect drug. They were able to refund without a receipt and did not charge me for the new script. They did refuse to show me the original written prescription to confirm i was getting the correct medication, which is concerning. I called the Doctor to confirm. No harm was done to  my son but  hope they realize this was not the doctors fault.

got to the minute clinic at 4:55 p.m. at sign in a person WAS scheduled before me stated ARRIVED, but the person was NOT there and the nurse practitioner called out for the patient several times and they had left... I was unable to sign in at this point because the "signed in or ARRIVED" person was scheduled.  However, she told me i could go to urgent care because someone has signed in before me...BUT the person IS and WAS NOT there! After loudly calling their name several times, Still no show.. HELLO. "why couldn't my sick child be seen? it was 4:55 p.m. and when I called they said you have to be signed in 15 mins before closing.  This day they closed at 5:30 and their "signed in or ARRIVED" patient was no where to be found.  You need to follow your voice mail recording or change it to "must be signed in before I'M READY TO GO HOME!"
