I've been very disappointed with this McDonald's lately. For the last few months I have to check the food every time before I leave the drive through. Every time the French Fries are not hot and the container is only half full.. They charge almost $3.00 for those fries and you would think they would at least make an attempt to make the customer feel like they are getting what you are paying for!

It's a trap! You absolutely can not get to this location without paying a toll! Horrible pulling into and out of. All one way streets. You can drive in, but you can't get out legally without going through the toll booth. The parking is posted 2 hours maximum for patrons only. This looks like a rest area, but it isn't. There are also police and highway patrol everywhere harassing people in the parking areas. It might be a good stop for some coffee if you are already driving on the parkway and expect to pay a toll fee. It's vary misleading with all of the signs advertising the McDonald's, but hidden behind trees to block the fact that you will be forced on to the toll road if you decide to drive in. There are plenty of other places to visit that are better than McDonald's very close by that don't require paying a second fee or involve getting a ticket. Definitely not a RV or truck friendly place.

Worst service at any Mcdonald’s i’ve ever been too. The employees are extremely rude and was once asked if I knew how to order food because I wanted to change my sandwich to a meal. Everytime I go they mess up my order it’s literally a joke. Don’t waste your time going here, nobody knows what their doing here. I don’t know where they find these brain dead employees

There is this new place. I think it's in its first year of business.. The ketchup is out of this world. Ask for three packets per fry. Or better yet order a small drink and just fill your cup full of ketchup and drink it through the straw.

Visted during lunch hour 12:30n...no crowd so Service was quick, I order a mcChicken sandwich which was cold and the ketchup stand was empty. They could improve in those areas... if i want cold food I would have ordered something cold.
