Place must be good....its been there for almost 40 years!! Update READ THIS..... They must be getting ready for major remodeling.......several large roll on roll off dumpsters surround the building. Today 11 29 2017. TODAY.... 12/4/17. McDonald's in Christiansburg at "Motor Mile " is definitely closed. Entire building wrapped in plastic. They really outta turn the lights off.

Wow guys best food here since we worked there and cooked our own. Fresh quarters cooked as ordered wow their quality was down for so long but it's back you need to visit to appreciate it. Thank you just need to add the games. Thank you macdonalds

We ordered to go. By the time we got home all the food was cold. We only live 9 miles from the store and went directly home.

Our family stopped for dinner and when we placed the order my girlfriend asked for her food fresh. The "Manager" got an attitude and told one of the cooks he guessed he had to turn the grill back on to be able to make her McRib fresh. First off this store does not close until 12am, we were there at 8:30pm... Does this mean they keep the food for 3-4 hours? What do they tell people when they run out of food? My girlfriend asked the cashier who also had an attitude what the managers name was since he was not wearing a name tag and she stopped like she had to think about it and told her his name was Melvin. She had on a blank name tag so I have no idea what her name was. Well as I went to get my drink he stopped me and asked why my girlfriend was asking his name, then also hesitated and said his name was Melvin but as I walked around the corner the cashier started laughing and said "oh Melvin, that was so funny". The place was nasty. There was trash overflowing at the drink bar, the straws were empty (except the bag of straws that were left on the bar), the lids were still in the bag on the bar, the french frys were cold and filled with grease after asking for fresh ones and there was no ketchup in the dispenser. Needless to say I am extremely dissatisfied with this place and will not be returning and will be making a call to the corporate office since they were so rude and disrespectful.
