This is the second time in a row that this particular McDonald's Chain screwed up my order. First time I ask for Sweet and Sour sauce for my nuggets, I received the Signature Sauce instead. Second time I order 3 (10 pcs nuggets) 3 medium fries and when I got home I looked into the bag just to realize they FORGOT MY NUGGETS. I paid $17 for 3 fries. REALLY?...GET. IT. TOGETHER.

Dining room was dirty. There was no unsweetened iced tea. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. We were charged a dollar for a cup for water. Dining room had no ketchup in it. The bathroom was a mess with paper towels clogging the sink drain. We wished we had gone to the Wendy's next door.

Unfortunately, this was some of the slowest service I had ever received at a McDonald's restaurant. The drive-thru was backed up clear around to the entrance doors which is typical for a weekend morning. I went inside because I had to redeem a coupon for a free value meal. It took me 25 minutes from the time I entered the building until they started to process and fulfill my order!
Wow waiting to place my order, and ultimately waiting for them to fill my order, several people from the drive-through kept coming in because their orders were not right and demanding for them to make their orders properly. It was near chaos for approximately 15 minutes and then finally to younger women came in that obviously knew how to straighten out the orders, Etc and help to fulfill those of us waiting for our food.
The thing that I regret the most is that there is not a viable option for me within close driving range for my McDonald's visits that does much better.
I truly believe that it is time for corporate McDonald's to assess the poor service that has evolved in many of their restaurants and see what they can do to make it better. Otherwise, people cannot possibly continue to patronize them with such poor service.

I can't ever have a 100% good experience. Either the person taking the money is rude and the person at the 2nd window is nice or the other way around. Sometimes they treat you like your a burden for coming. I gave 2 stars because the workers who are nice are like REALLY NICE. And I appreciate them for it.

I went through the drive thru here at 11:58am to get lunch, and the girl talking to me over the speaker was SO beyond rude. First, I saw there at the speaker for like 5 minutes not even being acknowledged or told they would be with me shortly, so I had to say something, and they didn’t even apologize for the wait, she just said “what do you want” and I started to say happy meal and she cuts me off and rudely says “we don’t have that”, and from that I thought she meant they didn’t have chicken nugget, so I started to say cheese burger and she again, rudely, said “we don’t have lunch right now” so I asked when it was served and she said 11, and I said “that’s in two minutes” and she said “well you need to wait two minutes”. Like are you kidding me???
