When I order chicken salad sandwich I would expect there would be more than a tablespoon of chicken salad on it....had to take the sandwich apart to make sure chicken salad not just onion....horrible!

Me anx my co worker ordered delivery and the food arrived 40 minutes after the quoted time. The manager called and told us about 20 minutes after the original quote time. As well as that he included some coupons for us. Which were not in the bag. Then when it finally arrived. My co workers food was wrong and mine was freezing cold even though I ordered a hit sandwich and soup.

Better choices in the plaza are 5 guys, genji to go, chipotle, Jimmy John's, giant eagle, kissho, or skip the meal and get some diet pills at GNC because it's a better use of time and Money. Better choices in the area are panda express, max & ermas, Arbys, KFC, McDonald's, taco bell, Wendy's or skyline. Food was cold, not just "not warm" but cold as in a pre-made frozen garbage meal from the grocery store (but more expensive) that wasn't heated all the way. Be prepared to wait. If you do decide to ask for your food to be cooked thoroughly be prepared to be called Sir a lot.

Entered the establishment around 2:30 p.m. No other patrons at the registers. Stood at the register viewing 4 staff who ignored my group! One of the staff washed her hands and continues to ignore us! We waited patiently, reading the signage and deciding which items to order! Still no greeting, not an acknowledgement that we were there! The entire visible staff ignored us! I phoned the main panera online and got, "sorry". Unbelievable! I am a 67 year old adult woman in your store with two adults and ignored! Incredible! I have carried my Panera reward card for years and wanted to use a recent gift card today! Pitiful! I will be sharing this experience with your store with as many friends and neighbors as possible!

Slow does not begin to describe service.. Over 15 mins for 2 simple "Pick 2" combinations. No fancy drinks. 3 folks building orders but wow.... Broccoli cheese soup barely warm. Several dirty tables on dining area, had to clean my own. Girl almost cut the end of her finger off slicing the baguette... Panera can do better...
