While it might be convenient for some to have these new kiosks concept it might be also important for the store to keep the store adequately prepared and trained to attend your new concept. I ordered a to go order through the kiosk and waited over 5 minutes or more until the manager that was running the drive thru finally asked what was I waiting on? It looked like they have already served my order from the screen because she had to recall it. No a great result for a new concept if you asked me. On a positive note the food was nice fresh.

Order Never right. Food presentation sloppy. Only thing that saves you for me is breakfast foods and coffee. People taking orders interrupt you and talk over you. Food often cold. If they don't have enough coffee in the pot they short your cup. Workers generally nice esp at the Maumee store. Fish toooo expensive!

It was not good, this location has very old fries and should make the cheese burgers more fresh, our bodies did not handle it well " if you no what I mean" staff and manager's should have more knowledge about the product there selling.

Let’s just start with we were the ONLY people in the drive thru no one inside. Service was quick but that doesn’t matter when the food you’re given is smashed. I wouldn’t complain if it was the only time this has happened.. All 3 burgers were requested extra pickle one burger had like 10 pickles and the others got 1... ? It’s a good thing my family didn’t mind sharing the pickles (I added a photo but won’t post with this)

Well ,once again another bad visit . Was told I had to order from the keiosk thing . But no one offered to show me how to use it. So a customer helped me. After navigating thru the menu . I finily got my irder done. But since I wanted to pay with good old fashioned money, I had to go back to counter to pay. . So I did, but when I got to counetr to pay , they ciuld not find my irder. I had to reorder AT THE COUNTER . So it took twice as long to get my fiod. Which by the way they got wrong. And was not good.
