My experience was terrible, I waited at speaker for 5min. Then since nobody wanted to answer the drive-through I went to the window and took another 3 minutes for somebody to notice me. I put in my order and then it took 10 minutes to get my food and the food was cold and she didn't give me my barbecue sauce for my nuggets or a spoon for my chili . I will never be going back terrible service and it isn't the first time this has happened to me at this Wendy's.very mismanaged!!!

The food seemed extremely old and honestly didn't taste good at all. The woman who was at the register was very polite and was quick to refill the ketchup when I let her know it was empty.

Use the wait time here and drive to the Perrysburg location which is awesome.  Horrible wait time here for cold fries and overcooked burger.  We all know Wendys is pricey but if you need Wendys don't go here.

Service was slow considering it was fast food. However my order was large and the manager made sure it was correct before it came out.

Service is slow. The employee forgot most of what we ordered. She kept pushing soda or milk for my kids,  even after I had told her no. Didn't give them their toys. This was just one visit. If we go through the drive-thru , we have to check order because they always mess it up,  even when they aren't busy.
