I don't come here very often, but when I do it is only for breakfast. My order has never been messed up, and the guy at the drive thru is always very ftiendly. 

Reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5? 

Last time I came here, I ordered a drink in the drive thru but changed my mind so I went inside to refill it. The guy behind the counter accused me of stealing it, saying that I wasn't a customer of that McDonald's. I told him I just purchased it in the drive thru, he didn't believe me and told me to leave. 
Sad, bad customer service... I even had my receipt...

This location is painfully slow and inefficient. Multiple order errors. Despite that, the staff is always friendly.

This location does not have a changing table though there is plenty of room for one. Service could be quicker at the drive thru, but most of the employees are very nice.

There seem to be a lot of 1-star reviews for this McDonald's, but I've been going here regularly for years as a long time local resident.  At least several times a month.  I never use nor have used drive-up windows anywhere, so I can't address that part of the business.  The staff is always very nice.  One time I placed a larger order with 10 items that would take longer so the cashier spontaneously gave me a free fancy ice cream thingie - can't remember the name of it - for my wait.  Neither that wait nor any other has ever seemed extraordinarily long.  I go to McDonald's in other cities, and it seems about the same.  I sometimes have business meetings with people since the location is so handy and easy.  We can use the free Wi-Fi in that case.  I've never been embarrassed to do that.  Bathroom, at least the men's, is accessible but needs to be updated plus needed cleaning on the day I took photos for this review.
