Definitely better than the location nearby in Southbridge. Clean. Though there's a good chance you have to pull up and wait when going through the drive thru.

Great coffee,  I've been coming here for 11 years.   They are one of the best MCDONALD'S I've been to in the world.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. There were absolutely no straws, lids, or napkins at tge time of my visit. There was trash all over the floor and all over the tables. The staff was nonexistent. I was very disappointed. I know this is fast food, but I still expect to be able to eat in a clean environment. I addressed it with a supervisor today and she told me it was like that because there were a couple events in town and they were busy. When I was there there were a half-dozen teenagers there, but that's it, and they were allowed to wrestle and crash into furniture. I was disappointed with my visit there but I was even more disappointed with the supervisor's response to the information I gave her. My visit was Friday, January 26th 8:30-9pm.

My mom was acting rudely towards the employees but they remained calm and respectful. Very good staff. 100%

Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's not. Just depends on what time of day you go there.
