Avoid if possible. Slowest place ever. Service sucks. Everyone is standing around socializing. Drive thru takes over 10 minutes on a fast day. Your order is never right. They no longer give a receipt unless u ask so no one can fill out the survey about there service.

Worst McDonald's in Chicopee. Snotty employees, dirty looking inside and out. The food is always old and stale. One time while in the line at the drive threw there was a customer eating in his parked car. Then I seen him get out of his car and he started vomiting up the food in the parking lot. So I left out of line. I stopped going here. The Memorial Drive McDonald's is way cleaner inside and the food is always fresh.

Mildly disappointing. The food quality is below average for other McDonalds I have been to. Service is typically friendly, however they are also easily distracted by their cellphones or conversations with co workers.

110% honesty right here. I worked here for a year and after refusing to work alongside employees who were abusing equipment and disobeying health rules & regulations I  was told there wasn't any hours for me. Go here at your own risk, if you or your kids get sick it could be from workers not cleaning the kitchen properly or not cooking food correctly and believe me I've seen it and spoke up about what I've seen with very little being done about it. There seems to be a trend of firing good employees and keeping incompetent ones who only put 110% in when corporate comes down with the health department for inspections, this place would fail on surprise. I know who the good employees are and who the bad ones are. I'm not an angry ex-employee because I've moved onto better more reputable jobs recently, and I know a lot of people with similar opinions to mine here. Could say more but I'm keeping this short, I believe in transparency and high quality service,something you wont find here at this location. Visit at  your own risk, I just call them how I see them.

Waited approximately 6 minutes in the drive thru. Decided to go in and found the manager and drive thru attendant talking about guys. A customer yelled through the window and they laughed. Nothing but a slum. Stay away
