Craps, the stuff and manager are very rude, and they don’t know how to say hello or thank you to the customer.. very bad experience after I tried and gave this franchise 3 chances but always I get the same. Poor customer service ever and rude that make the customer hate all Macdonalds.
They have a TV screen in the kitchen teach the stuff how deal with customer and say thank you but the stuff have no attention to this as very important thing in the service.

It was a mess, all the tables were dirty and there was stuff all over the floor. Then they only had one pie and to get another he said it would be a 20 minute wait.  There is also no restroom actually in the McDonalds, but by leaving the McDonalds you are not allowed to get a free refill appearently.  As when, I went to buy another item he informed me I had to now pay for a refill, despite the fact I never left the Walmart/McDonalds store.  I told him I didn't know, and he said there was a sign.  However, it only said refill same visit only, and did not define that visit did not include the Walmart area as well.

Wonderful service. Carter took our order and was very courteous. The McDonald's in Lafayette could learn a whole lot from this one.
