Terrible customer service, the attitude eye rolling kind. Orderd the Turtle Macchiato but what the girl have me looked nothing like what was advertised. It had no caramel, chocolate or whipped cream. Considering I'm almost paying 4 dollars on the drink you kind of expect to have its ingredients in it. I super politely ask the girl if that was the right drink, she rolled her eyes and with a very nasty attitude said," well what did you expect in it". I said "well I would like it to be what I purchased ". She then huffed, rolled her eyes attempted to put ding chocolate and a little whip on it(still nothing like advertised) came back, shoved it in my hands and said " ugh fine there". I didn't know I was paying for such a nasty attitude, thought I was just paying for my drink. Do yourself a favor and just don't go to the place. They have had attitudes before, but this was a whole different level of rude. Don't waste your money or time.

Have not been to a McDonald's in a while going there now reminds me of why. Big price for little nasty burgers. The fries are good if they're hot, but too many small burnt ones. Just a big reminder of why it's best not to eat fast food unless it's an emergency.

Vern welcomed me such hospitality that I almost forgot I entering McDonalds. She made my experience very relaxing. She has such a wonderful and pleasing personality. Thank you Vern for your services. 🙏😀🎆

This location is terribly slow. Many times I’ve tried to go through the drive-through just to grab a quick bite before work and wind up spending 15 to 20 minutes in line waiting to get my food. Another morning I pulled up with a few minutes to spare and it took her three minutes to even come over the intercom to take my order then when I pulled up to the window no one was there so after 5 to 6 minutes waiting, I had to pull off the clothes again no one came to the window. This location needs to seriously step up their game or management needs to seriously address this problem!!!!

Enjoyable all the way around. A nice reprieve for a man hungry and warning that brief rest from driving.
