I live right across the street from this McDonald and I'd rather drive to another location than to order from here. They always make you wait for your food, food is cold or uncooked, fries are re-fried and they can never get the order right! Customer service is horrible! Do NOT waste your time and money at this location.

Just when you thought the service here couldn’t get worse, it did. The cashier was friendly. Everyone else was rude.

It plainly says this location is open 24 hours. It is 3 am and I just left from there and they weren't open. I drove to Lawrenceville highway location pull to drive through and was told they were closed. Why advertise you are open when you aren't.

I have ordered from here now 5 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME MY ORDER WAS WRONG OR MISSING HALF MY ORDER. EVERY TIME. I have called and they told me I was wrong. They were extremely rude. They have hung up on me multiple times. They have ignored me. I HAVE EVEN CALLED BEFORE I ORDERED TO TELL THEM TO MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT, AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG! Not once have they tried to fix the situation. Not once. Even the manager has hung up on me. AND EVEN TEXTED ME TO SHOW ME MY ORDER (which I obviously knew my order, BUT I'M SITTING WITH THE WRONG FOOD!) THIS PLACE IS ABOUT THE WORST MCDONALDS I'VE DEALT WITH. (Ordered through uber eats)
