Absolutely horrible. I've never written a review on any resturant ever but this need a to be said. The people that work here don't even try. I work nights and the will say the black lady with multi colored hair is really nice. The white bigger woman at the next window has no service skills at all. Last night I ordered a double quarter no onions. Get up the road and check (it was dark in my truck) and saw what looked like onions and possibly a bit of lettuce. Took it back and got a new one. Checked at counter and it had lettuce on it. Dude had no idea. I just picked it off myself cause I didn't feel like waiting any longer than the 15 min if already put into this. Then tonight I got an M&M mcflurry. They didn't even try and mix it up. I want to mix it myself the lid came off cause it wasn't on all the way and got mini M&Ms all over my truck. Good quality sucks, service is slow but the lady working the drive though register early mornings and late at night are really nice.

This McDonald’s is TRASH! I don’t care that they remodeled it, it will never change. They always get the orders wrong and are so damn slow! We went today for the first time since the remodel for 3 chocolate shakes. It took over 20 minutes from the time we ordered to get them. Then when I asked for straws the girl at the window rolled her eyes like it was a huge inconvenience for her... well it obviously was because it took her another 2 minutes to walk to the back to get a new bag of straws. So what was she doing before that? Just not giving them out. This place is a joke! I tell everyone NOT to go here.

Hoping service and food gets better after the inside remodel is finished. Well the remodel is finished and service is still less that stellar. Stopped for a mcgriddle and hash brown. Took over 15 minutes in drive thru with nobody in front of me...

I ordered a mcdouble, large sprite medium fry. They were put out of sprite, so i got lemonade. Total is $4.79. Then my sister noticed they put medium on my order so i told them at the window to change it tp the large so then they changed my total to $5.11. Then they handed me my receipt it said large fry, medium lemonade, and mcdouble. Got to the window to get my food "We're out of lemonade anything else." I Said a coke then got my coke and it doesn't even taste like coke more like diet or dr. Pepper, or root beer. This is the third time my drinl has tasted different before I ordered i thought about not getting one from my previous experiences. But all i can say is thst it may be awhile before i get another drink from there possibly even eat there.
