Waiting to go on a community service trip at my Catholic school. Countless people in line waiting for 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and half of the sandwich wasn't there. My sandwich and two other customers had missing items on their sandwiches. My own sandwich was the sausage EGG mcmuffin and what do you know, there was no EGG on my sandwich, I even started up a conversation with other people waiting in line because there was no service behind the counter to get my money back. The MANAGER is dropping food items and bags and STILL serving the food to the drive through. I can't believe the amount of people complaining that they were going to be late because they already paid for their food, WHILE MORD STAFF WAS WALKING IN LATE. Horrible service, need more experienced staff, work on time management. I work in food and I get it that can be hectic, but what the actual hell happened.

Usually at least a 10-15 minute wait in the drive thru even when there is only one car ahead of you. Employees are often indifferent or just plain rude. Frequently, I end up sitting at the window while someone plays with their phone and when they finally hand me my order it's like I'm a problem for because I came and ordered food and expected them to do their job. When I finally get my food, if it's actually made correctly, it's very haphazardly assembled and lukewarm at best. Is it really that hard to put the meat on the bun? Conveniently the manager is never available and never calls back. The survey on the receipt is also a joke. I've filled several out and requested to be contacted but never heard anything. It's obvious that the people running this store don't care about anything. McDonalds really needs to either send someone in there to clean house but if it hasn't happened by now odds are it's not going to.

Just came from there. Asked for an off the item menu, a cookies and cream milkshake, and the young lady was quick to accommodate. It was slammin !!!

I got a salad. Bit into something crunchy spit it out it had wings attached to guts. I am absolutely mortified! I puked! What the heck! I'm upset. Its winter, like no bug season.... And if I got a fly or whatever it was... Not enough left to identify(half a butt, wings and guts)... Got in my food it speaks to the filthyness of that place! Close them down!

How many times can a visit to here be messed up? Let's count: 1) employee gave no receipt 2) got shortchanged 3) argued because I had no receipt to price being shortchanged 4) didn't get receipt after argue, but did get correct change back 5) got my food on a wet tray with fries burnt 6) didn't get all of order (still without receipt to prove it) and manger didn't bother to look it up 7) nuggets were burnt 8) soda machine dispensing only carbonated water or Coke In my mind, more than 3 mess ups is unacceptable. First and last time here.
