Honestly I don’t know why they get one star but I was here for 30+ minuets then when I got my food my fries were cold also I got A #6 which is the chicken nuggets and they gave me literally A peice of grilled chicken believe it or not it was just bad

This is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are usually nice enough but the service is excruciatingly slow and my order is almost always incorrect. The food is always old and cold despite taking an eternity to get to me. Oh, except for my son’s Go-Gurt. That was served piping hot for some reason. Save yourself some anguish and go to the one on Michigan and Gully. Or just hit the Wendy’s down the street.

Probably the only time that I've been raged at a drive thru window. I ordered a salad and they told me to pull ahead, I waited and waited about 6 to 7 cars drove around me. They finally give me my salad 20 mins later. This is the slowest McDonalds on the planet. Recently had to stop there for a coke and the coke tasted like death.

If zero was an option i would rate them that!!!!  They almost NEVER get my order correct and today i ordered a "southwest" salad which came with no lime, no beans ..  THATS the whole salad basically. So i paid 6 bucks for lettuce and cheese smh

Horrible service. I came through the drive through at night and sat in the lane waiting for someone to at least greet me or turn me away for over 10 minutes. I had to go up to the window and honk my horn to ask if they were open and why they can't just get on over the speaker to let me know that they aren't and all they said was "we're closed" before closing the window.
