It's McDonalds...great price for fast comfort food. Liked the newly remodeled dining area (completed late 2017). Hate the order kiosks. Let me just tell you what I want... especially when you are standing right there.

So I don’t eat fast food that often but tonight it sounded good and Uber eats delivered. Got my food and they royally messed up my order. I called to make a complaint and see if there could be any resolve and the woman hung up on me. I don’t have the money to waste cause someone making orders can’t read the slip, everything on my end was right so I know this was all human error. And to just be disregarded like that, no respect at all. Definitely not making this mistake again.

The food I ordered was exactly as it has been from every other McDonald's. My issue is with the ordering process. Their menu has become very complicated and most difficult with the self order kiosk. I find that I prefer to order from a person. It took 18 minutes to finally get my order placed and get my food.

Well it so happened the driver in the car in front of me paid for my food. I did not know what was going on. Will I was traveling back home and stopped to get some food and back on the road. As I was driving I realized I should have paid for the car behind me, I had heard of that happening at a coffee place once. I will definitely be paying it forward. There is plenty of good in the world.
