Pleasant. I expected three stars,and I happily got three stars. The only five star visit to McDonald's I experienced was at a McDonald's in Port Angeles andI was 23 years younger, and they had a ball pit. I was pleased moment the less.

Jeff, the general manager, was amazing. We purchased a keyboard and wanted to try it out. He and his staff accommodated our family by providing us with an extension cord and allowed us to play the keyboard inside the restaurant. Of course our kids used a headset and didn’t bother other customers. However they were extremely professional and their customer service was top notch. Thank you so much!!!

This McDonald's is one of the better ones in the Puget Sound, the quality of the food here is on par with local fast food establishments, the free internet, however blocks access to the McDonald's app amongst other things which is really confusing. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but the cell coverage in the building is a garbage fire so the only way to get access to the app's deals is to log into it while still outside of the building and walk in. I've spoken to the workers there a few times and they can't seem to do anything about it. EDITED 9/24/17 I was in the establishment again last week and their wifi now let's you use the McDonald's app.

Friendly. Service was a little slow on the coffee but it was late, we were coming from the ferry and the lights were still on at McDonald's - so nice.

Good for when you have nothing else you want to eat, other than that, i would usually stay away from this place since their practically everywhere
