I really like the new modern look and more lounge-y feel of this place. The kiosks for ordering are great unless you bring a large group of kids, in which case it takes much longer than it would if they just had a person take their orders. Oh, the food? Well, it's MacDonald's. Don't expect too much.

Not a big fan of fast fried foods. But the one thing about McDonald's is consistency doesn't matter what side of the planet you're on a Big Mac is a Big Mac for that you have to give them credit. I don't really ever eat a meal here but I do take the kids for ice cream in the kids sometimes eat there. I do have to say this particular location as well run their service is quick their facilities clean and typically even get a smiling and thank you which seems a rarity at a fast food joint these days three stars because well it's fast fried food

Going with less employees and using kiosks is fine. The don't have any numbers to set on your table--which is a mandatory step at the kiosk. If another customer hadn't clued me in I couldn't have finished my order. The restaurant was pretty dirty. I cleaned up some coke draining across the floor after a couple of employees walked past it with no effort to clean it up. It was draining out of the garbage can. There were food scraps scattered in many places.  The food was fine is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN AMERICA. I ALWAYS HAVE TO PULL FORWARD TO WAIT ON MY FOOD,  EVEN FOR JUST A SMALL BURGER AND SMALL FRY. NOT TO MENTION AFTER WAITING FOREVER FOR A MEAL THEY MESS YOUR MEAL UP.  THWY MUST HAVE THE SLOWEST DRIVE TIMES ON THE PLANET! HORRIBLE SERVICE.  EVERYONE FROM NEW GUY TO GM NEED TO BE FIRED AND RESTAFFED!

There is something wrong with this McDonalds. It seems they are regularly understaffed, poorly trained, and without any kind of leadership. The half a dozen times I've been here has resulted in an agonizingly long wait and/or a late coming revelation that they are out of what was ordered; resulting in frantic efforts to find the one person in the staff he knows how to navigate the refund procedure. Understand, I do not blame the poor kids that work here...they've obviously been through some kind of orientation or training that was the sum total of showing them how to wear the uniform.
