Was stopping in Layton for the night before making our way back home.  it was late, and we found this location open 24/7.  Between eating the McDonalds or other fast food, we opted for this place.  We had Fish Tacos and Fish Burritos.  Very good portion sizes and the food quality was just OK.  It wasn't bad or excellent, just filler mexican food for a cheap price.  One thing to note, I had excellent service at the counter and the lady was very nice and friendly when serving.  Worth a visit.

Rancherito's Mexican Food is pretty good mexican food at a decent Price. My favorite is the Crazy breakfast burritos. I usually get one on the way to work and they are only $5 plus tax for a pretty affordable breakfast and very tasty.

Hmmmm their shredded beef chimi... delicious but honestly haven't had anything I don't enjoy. My only critique is I wish they would melt their shredded cheese on the items.
