If you place a curbside order here, they will not bring it out to you. Not because they didn't get your order, or because they're too busy, but because they don't want to. You'll sit at the curb until you decide to go in and get it. They won't apologize or offer an explanation. Instead they'll begrudgingly hand you your food. Then you'll look for a straw for your drink and ketchup for your fries, but you won't find either because they don't restock anything. You must return to the counter (be careful not to slip on the greasy floor) and be treated rudely again. 

Unless it's an emergency, drive two miles down the road to the Bryn Mawr location. You won't regret it.

Even if you don't expect too much from this place you will probably leave disappointed .  The employees have the usual attitude of despondent people used to servicing the stereotypical denizens of Lower Merion (angry and confused old people trying to use coupons from the 90s, obnoxious brats, entitled halfwits, 20 something Mercedes moms in a rush to take their to stepchildren to horseback riding lessons, etc.).  The employees have completely given up on trying to be polite or even greeting customers.  They will probably get your order wrong.  They will forget to say "Welcome to McDonalds, how can I help you" when you place your order.  They will forget to put pickles and onions on your burger.  They will encounter a minor problem, neglect to inform you of the delay, fix the problem, and then give the person who was in line behind you their food while your food sits on the counter waiting for a dazed employee to notice it.  If you want to eat McDonalds because you like it, or if your life is so sad that you have no other choices, or if you're drunk/high, or if some brat wants a Happy Meal do not be dissuaded by this review.  It's McDonalds.  It's not a nice McDonalds but it's not the worst McDonalds, and the food is basically edible.

Food was good but i waited close to 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food after paying. Made me late for work.

Everything I expected was as usual. And most in most cases, I would typically rate any McDonald's with 3 or 4 starts. However, at location at time I was disappointed, on two areas.

1. On a very humid day, the A/C was not running very uncomfortable to eat in. When I asked an associate about agree that it was not running and walked away. 

2. The restaurant has flies flying around like they own the place. Makes me wonder is how clean this location and if anyone really cares!
I am sure with a name brand like McDonald's the expectations / standards are much higher than what I have experienced.
