The staff consistently brings a smile to my face and makes me feel welcome.  My order is always quickly and professionally made.  The parking lot is never a concern of mine, as I take SEPTA, and they service Bryn Mawr very well.

Service is fine here. But the customers are the problem.  Small parking lot, with a row of parking, and a driving lane barely two cars wide between the parking and the building.  Main Liners seem to think they can just double park their Land Rovers and BMWs right in front, making it extremely difficult to drive around the double parked cars and nearly impossible to back out of a legit parking space. You’re backing into moving cars who are trying to drive around the double parked cars.  It’s a mess.  The staff should refuse to serve anyone getting out of the double parked cars.  It was constant when I was there - cars just pulling up. Double Parking. Going inside to order their Lattes and I guess they think F whoever can’t get around them, or has to risk getting clipped when trying to park legally.  It’s privileged a-holes like this that give the main line the rep it has.

I absolutely love the Starbucks app! Finally I can give gratuity for my highly modified Venti order, even though I never carry cash. My only request would be if the Starbucks app would be like the Wawa app and one could pre-order one's beverage.
