We were greeted by cardboard drive-through menus. No one answered at the drive-through when it was our turn, we waited 10 minutes. It only gets worse from here folks. Inside there was a growing line of customers whose orders were wrong and customers waiting to have there orders taken. The employees had no sense of urgency and did not display even the most basic customer service. Front line employees were checking their phones and had headphones in. I've never seen anything like it. It took 10 minutes to make someone fries. A friend's McFlurry had a pickle in it! The management of this store needs to make major changes.

I have never written a review in my entire life but I couldn’t let this pathetic joke of a McDonald’s slide. We waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes without anyone answering our order. (The menus were made out of card board). So we went inside. Inside was even more chaotic. The staff was very behind and didn’t seem to even care. Half of the staff was on their phones, texting or listening to music. Every order was coming back wrong, and still...no urgency from the staff. The lobby began to fill up with customers who were wondering what was going on. One man was waiting 40 minutes for his meal. My girlfriend had a PICKLE in her McFlurry...A PICKLE! I’ve never seen such a pathetic McDonald’s in my entire life. This is the kind of stuff you see in movies or on television. After receiving my food for the second time. I didn’t feel safe about eating anything that came out of this place.

Required to order at electronic kiosk.  No one at any register. Employee walked me through order process. Wanted iced coffee only. No apparent choice on ingredients. Came out white.  About 50% cream. Presweetened with unknown sweetener. Got them to add a little more coffee to the concoction. Not exactly what I wanted Looks like a trend to eliminate employees and limit choice

As of now, the service we received was absolutely horrible. When we went through the drive thru, the McDonald’s employee gave us a little amount of sauces when we asked them to put a-lot of sauces, 1 set of fries when we ordered 2, and they gave us a coke drink with an open lid which spilled nearly half the coke all over the driver and seat when the driver grabbed it through the window. They also did a poor job with the burger, as seen in the photo. And for the little amount of sauces, they only gave us 2 packets of ketchup and no barbecue sauce! And yes thats all the sauces they gave us!! And to top it all off, WE PAID FOR THESE TWO FRIES TO ONLY GET ONE IN THE END. Right now, the service there is extremely bad. And I would NOT recommend going there since that specific McDonalds will most of the time, screw up your order.

I used the robot to order my food ... patiently waited 20 min then asked the guy wearing the tie about my order... had to wait another 3-5 min for them to fill it ... every other customer was in the same boat ... someone came in from the drive thru and retrieved straws from the self service area and said "they don't know what they are doing".  I was there March 25, 2018 from 7:45 pm to 8:45 pm.  One employee was handling food one handed because her left hand was occupied by her phone
