I come to Naples from Seattle 4 to 5 times a year for family and business. My mom has a home across street in Pelican Bay. I visit this store everyday and being a power drinker sometimes twice. This store team does a great job usually. They bring new team members (partners) on constantly so there is unpredictable levels of service which can trigger the reviews regarding terrible customer service but only rarely do I run into that. I like this store. I like: 1. Good service and spirit 2. Outdoor seating 3. Store is clean, organized and well managed. Well worth going and enjoying great products and service and seating.

I was having a graceful girls get together with some likeminded business women on a Sunday afternoon. Arrange the meeting at this location and got everybody's called order and went inside the store. Got most drinks out to the girls and waited for mine and someone elses water. The barista was very unfriendly and was trowing everything around. She brew me the wrong drink and made me wait for 10 min for a glass of plain water. Without looking at me threw the right cup of coffe at the counter, wich 9she had being doing with almost everyone. I said she was extremely rude and left the store. Came back to get napkins and she was loudly talking about me with another custumer. At that point I asked for the manager and was told SHE was the manager. Oh boy! I wished her a better day and left. I will never go back there. I will bring my bussines and meetings some place where I can be treated with respect. It is a high price for a cup of coffe and disrespect altogether.

Starbucks coffee is just okay to me. If I know I'm in a rush, I can always count to grab something quick at Starbucks. It is one of those places like McDonalds, you already know what you're going to get. I personally like the feel of locally owned coffee shops that have more personality.

Great Starbucks with a nice outside area, good service, and a good wifi. The coffee was good, and for the people who are just starting coffee might want a latte or a flat white. There just wasn't very much seating.
