Not a customer any more.  After my experience with the drive through personal telling me to order at the window after giving me 2 seconds to order I looked past that and took my kids to the play area where employees were stepping over a wet floor sign that coverd up a ripe pile of vomit. The smell was enough to turn me away. Get motivated people!

A Late night (1 am - 2 am) experience for fast food is rarely FAST. However we made it back to work with time to spare even with an abnormally busy and slow drive thru. I know the driver really disliked it, but the ultimatum is we got our food in a fair speed at an unfair time of night. Just decent enough. They do appear to ve remodeling a section of the building however

Always slow. Empoyees as a rule r friendly. Owner does not honor the specials that the corporation has. A lot of times the order isn't correct. They forget something or gforget to not put it . I say this is one of the worst stores in the state.sorry Ephrata store

The POOREST customer service I've ever received. DO NOT use mobile ordering here it is a MCJOKE! The incompetence of the management team, starting with the GM "Letti" and the shift leader Jackie, whom Letti laughed at when I explained my problem like she's the local known slacker manager, are the reasons I'll never order here again. You expect a certain level of professionalism even from a MCstaff, here you're lucky if you even get your food AFTER you pay! Take your big earrings out and train your team FULLY before implementing a new system at your restaurant.
