What I love most about this McDonald's restaurant is that it does have the play place on the inside. The staff was very nice, and brought our food all the way to the back to us, which helped majorly because I ended up having five children with me! It wasn't busy at the time that we went, but there were other children playing. I could just sit and relax while the kids all played and had fun. There was an employee sweeping and cleaning the fountain drink area. Overall, great experience!

If I could choose zero stars I WOULD. Even Ashley being super sweet is not enough saving Grace for this establishment. They never ever ever ever ever ever ever have a working frappe/milkshake machine. I could actually probably sue them for false advertisement. They run out of everything so much that I personally drove to Big Lots and bought straws and brought them back to management. They then promptly placed them at drive thru window and started handing them out. I don't know why this place is so sub-par, but it is definitely an embarrassment for the entire chain we have all come to love.

The inside of the restaurant was unkempt. I'm a former employee of McD's so I understand how busy they can get, but never did we let trash sit on the counter by the drink machines, or leave tables dirty or let trash stay on the floor where people could slip on it. The bathrooms do not look like they get cleaned more than once a day.  Unless Ive just ordered nuggets and fries for my family of 4, my order always gets messed up.  We dont eat out much at all, but when we do, and we go to a place like McDonald's, we really would appreciate if our order will be right, the restaurant will be somewhat clean, and the food will be somewhere close to hot.

Terrible service. I was here to pick up an app order while in the area. I decided to order a latte while waiting for my order. I stood in line for about 8 min and no one acknowledged me standing there. There was about 5 staff in the front area including the manager. The place was not busy inside, I was literally the only one waiting in line to order. It takes three seconds to tell someone "I'll be with  right with you".  Finally,  after I ordered and got my drink, it tasted like warm milk and looked like warm milk. The person that made it swear it had coffee in it  They didn't even ask to look at my coffee to make sure it was made correctly  or ask me if they can atleast remake it.  Staff definitely needs customer service training. Staff is only as good as their leader.

Very good and kind service, fast too. I had my hands full with my daughter and they brought our food to us and the highchair too, very helpful!
