Fast friendly service each morning I get to swing by. My fav is the bacon,egg, and cheese crasaunt with a large hazelnut coffee. Yummy and filling to start the day.

I would give it five stars, altough they usually only have 2 or 3 toasted coconut donuts early on Saturday mornings. We could easily eat a dozen of them. Store is always clean, workers seem courteous, donuts and coffee always fresh.

Let me start off by saying my mom and I come here often, she loves the 3lbs for $20 deal, with that being said we’ve been waiting for it to come back. We go in the store, and order our coffee, sit 3 bags on the counter and talk to the cashier, Ashley, about how great the deal is. Seeing as how each bag is $9 a pc. She caught that the coffee wasn’t ringing out properly and asks for Damon for assistance. He proceeds to tell us, that he’s been charging people extra because he doesn’t know how to ring it out and no one else has seemed to have a problem with it. Now I’m not one to make a fuss over $5 but, when I hear you tell the customer in the drive through talking in your headset to “hold on I’m trying to talk to a customer about a deal, just look at the menu for a sec” I was upset. His attitude and body language was that he didn’t have time to follow through with this, and told Ashley to call someone else. After he tried to convince us it wasn’t a big deal. A take it or leave it kind of thing. I’ve been in customer service for 8 years... never have I been so rude to a customer who was wanting me to follow through with a deal just because I didn’t have the knowledge on how to ring it out.. When my mother said she would be speaking to someone about his attitude and asked for his name he looked at her like he was crazy, told her his name and turned and walked to the back.. On another note, Miss Ashley saved the day and figured it out for us, made us two amazing coffees and we went on our way. My 1 Star is simply for the poor service from Damon, and the fact that he shrugged off ripping people off God only knows how many times.

Great atmosphere to have a breakfast sandwich or donut and a great cup of coffee! The workers were friendly and enjoyable. Really clean!

Less than one star if it were possible. They will find a way around letting you speak to a manager over the phone. Takes forever to get what you order.
