Worst online ordering experience. I thought the point of online ordering is to get in and out quicker. I’ve been waiting for a super long time as I see car after car going through the drive through. I might as well gone through the freaken drive through 🙄And they still came out to give me the wrong order...

You call yourself a restaurant? Fast food or not it's pretty ridiculous that unless I specifically ask for my order to be "cooked to order" that McDonald's will serve unfresh off the warmer meat and recirculated french fries to people !! And all because they are worried about a rush!? God forbid we serve fresh food to our returning guests. Then you have the oddacity to charge money for a extra ranch!? Even though I bought two sandwiches?!

They need to be consistent when making frappes, their delicious when made right but it sucks when most of the time it's milky and watery.  The staff is loud and sometimes down right mean but it's close to where we live.  Only two people who seem to care, a Hispanic short manager who is the nicest and so kind and a young man who makes the bomb frappes.

Depending on the time of day, you could get the A-Team or the C-Team. Early morning hours have usually had fast, friendly and accurate service. The afternoon hours is where this establishment struggles. I have received only a cookie after ordering a sandwich, received the wrong drink on numerous occasions. This can all be attributed to a lack in attention to detail and lack in the verification of orders. The early morning shift verifies things, where the afternoon shift does not. Food for thought when going to this particular establishment.

Last visit- Slow inside service. Manager had to let someone in the locked  restrooms manually every 2-5 min.  Friendly but 'in training' cashier. 
This visit- drive thru fast at dinner time. Friendly cashier, food window seemed very stressed. Minus one star all locations: limited time only sandwich, annoying but the norm. Cost of limited time sandwich was $1, now it's $2.29. So it's limited- but the price is even more limited? THIS is part of the simplified menu corporate has devised?   
Inconsistent service, menu and prices make other options far more appealing.
