I just don't get how these punks on the daily ruin the reputation(s) of a decent fast-food establishment and name-brand. 

Like, at least try to earn your work and money. The amount of stupidity and lack of accountability... I don't care if you're a janitor or a CEO. Do the job(s), do it right as possible and be a decent human being. The quality would show or at least get by.

Order was wrong. Tried to call, no one answered, after I called 11 times. Just went to voice mail! Ordered burgers at 10:40 am, mgr said we don't serve lunch till 11am, the order kiosk doesn't know that. Well you have my money so guess you will have to start early. When I went back mgr corrected my order, should have been correct the first time. Did not give me my receipt back. This McDonald's is always messing up. Self serve kiosk no different then having warm bodies take your order!

I don't mind waiting 20 min out front if you get the order right.
I ordered chicken strips with honey mustard but I didn't receive any honey mustard but instead got 3 ranch & 2 tangy bbq, we didn't like either. Thanks Mcdonalds.

One thing that I really hate about restaurants is inconsistency, especially when it comes to fast food.  I expect every experience to be the same as the one before. But that's not true at this McDonald's. 1 out of 4 purchases here is fantastic. A+. That means the clerk is polite, service is quick and efficient, food is made correctly and piping hot. But 3 out of 4 times, one thing or another is out of whack. Whether it's not getting any sauce with my McNuggets, no napkins (or 2 pieces of napkins with a $35 order), exceedingly long wait times, rude/indifferent clerks, food that's almost cold and tastes like it's been sitting around for 2 hours, or missing items. Nothing infuriates a person more than paying for something and not getting it. It seems to happen more and more often at this store. There are way too many mistakes being made here. They might think that McDonald's will never go out of style. But if more and more people have bad experiences than good ones, their bottom line will suffer. For now it's just a roll of the dice at this particular store. If you're lucky, you'll get a great clerk and great cooks who make it right. If you're unlucky, think about that before you go back the next time.

After a long day of shopping my kids were super hungry, we stopped at McDonald’s before we went home. You can see the time where we payed on the receipt, and the time where we made it to the second window to pick up our food are 7 minutes apart. That was okay, but then we were additionally asked to park. We asked why were we being parked when there was already 3 cars parked in front of us as you can see on the pictures I uploaded. The girl said that they had to get to the orders with less food first.  And that if I did not like it, to give her my debit card back so I can get a refund, even though I didn’t ask for a refund. I gave her my card and she refunded me incorrectly as you can see on the receipt. I asked her to put her name on the back of the receipt so I could call corporate. She said okay and did not seem to care. She was the manager at the moment her name is Felicia. 
Thanks Felicia, we enjoy Jack in the Box, they were happy to take care of us 🙂
